If you have 1-2 years of experience in 180° recruiting and are eager to dive into 360° recruiting, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities : - Gradually build your role in 360° recruiting, encompassing customer support to successful placements. - Independently manage and nurture candidate relationships within the IT sector. - Actively reach out to new and existing contacts via phone. - Identify and engage professionals through various recruiting channels, including active sourcing, talent pools, and networks. - Conduct interviews while advising and guiding candidates throughout the hiring process. - Continuously monitor the IT job market. - Assist in needs assessment, client communication, and process coordination. - Gradually take on client acquisition, contract negotiations, and oversee the entire placement process.
Requirements : - 1-3 years of experience in 180° recruiting within IT or sales, or initial experience as a working student in this field. - Knowledge or initial specialization in IT recruiting. - Strong communication and consulting skills. - Proactive approach and enjoyment of networking. - Goal-oriented, skilled in negotiations, and self-motivated. - Excellent command of German (C1 level).
