Capital One Canada is searching for an experienced Director of Software Engineering to champion the strategic direction of our Engineering teams across Ontario and 7 additional locations. Requirements **
• 10+ years of proven experience in software engineering roles • Demonstrated expertise in agile development practices and methodologies • Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring engineering talent • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills •
Experience developing customer-focused technical solutions in complex environments
