Responsibilities : We are seeking a Sales Development Director for our Client Sales team in Berlin or Munich, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of our top-of-funnel expansion in a vital market. You will lead a team of high-achieving Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and serve as a mentor to the BDR Team Lead.

This director position merges strategic regional planning with day-to-day operational excellence. You will establish the outbound strategy for Germany, enhance our tech stack for local relevance, and nurture leadership growth while ensuring the team surpasses pipeline and revenue objectives.

Your Impact: - Market Strategy: Spearhead the DACH go-to-market strategy with a focus on high-value segments. - Leadership Development: Coach and elevate the Junior BDR Team Lead. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to maintain a seamless lead flow. - Revenue Forecasting: Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts identifying risks and opportunities. - Inbound & Outbound Mastery: Drive efficient lead qualification and personalized prospecting. - Tech Stack Optimization: Leverage Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools effectively. - Team Management: Guide a high-performing BDR team towards achieving their goals. - Adapt Messaging: Tailor communication strategies for the German market. - Process Improvement: Streamline tools and workflows for enhanced performance. - Recruitment & Onboarding: Expand and train the team for optimal growth. - Performance Coaching: Provide hands-on support to enhance rep skills and accountability.

Key Performance Indicators: Monitor team quota attainment, conversion rates, and overall revenue success to gauge effectiveness.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
