Responsibilities : As the Director of Environmental Management, your role will be pivotal in shaping our environmental policies and sustainability initiatives. You will: - Develop and execute environmental policies and programs that align with our Global EHS Management System and overarching strategy. - Monitor global regulatory and legal standards to ensure our environmental policies remain current and effective, aiding operations in surpassing compliance objectives. - Oversee the management of environmental and operational sustainability data, collaborating with the Chief Sustainability Officer and VP of Global EHS on setting goals, initiating projects, and developing programs to enhance ESG reporting. - Create and publish metrics related to environmental and sustainability efforts, including dashboards and reports for various stakeholders. - Formulate and implement strategies to tackle operational sustainability challenges, ensuring our commitment to a greener future.
