As the Director of Consulting Services, you will spearhead our Consulting division, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality, and scalable solutions that yield measurable results for our clients. Your role encompasses overseeing the CX, Sales, SEO, and Paid Media teams, focusing on people management, process efficiency, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities : - Lead and nurture the Consulting team, guiding Consulting Pod Leads and Consultants in their professional growth. - Cultivate a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, engagement, and retention, creating an environment where team members thrive. - Define and uphold consulting standards, frameworks, and methodologies that align with client objectives while ensuring quality in consulting deliverables. - Act as a senior point of contact for complex client delivery issues, driving operational excellence within the Consulting practice. - Enhance operational health by continuously refining processes and managing team capacity effectively. - Collaborate with the People team to attract top consulting talent and create structured onboarding experiences for new team members. - Establish clear performance metrics and development pathways to facilitate team growth. - Partner with the pre-sales team to define consulting engagements and craft compelling proposals, ensuring that the consulting perspective is integral to the sales process.
