Responsibilities As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take charge of our social media presence tailored for the German market, overseeing everything from strategy to execution. Your role will be crucial in crafting authentic, relevant, and engaging content while continually optimizing based on performance metrics. You will significantly influence the perception of our brand in Germany, collaborating closely with creators, influencers, and partners to boost reach and engagement. - Manage and enhance all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) - Plan and produce high-quality content (photos, videos, text) - Coordinate with external creators, including photographers and videographers - Establish and maintain a structured content and editorial calendar - Identify and manage influencer collaborations - Build and nurture partnerships with online magazines, blogs, and platforms - Develop and refine social media strategies - Analyze trends, competitors, and content formats for continuous improvement - Evaluate performance metrics and derive actionable optimizations

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce - Strong understanding of the German market, consumer behavior, and digital trends - Proven experience in content creation and social media management - Proficiency in English, with German skills being an advantage - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of branding and content quality
