Development Operations Support Contractor - Remote (Accelerate Change)

**Overview**

Accelerate Change, a Boston-based nonprofit digital media lab founded in 2012, seeks four (4) Development Operations Support Contractors to join our remote team. We amplify civic engagement within BIPOC and low-income communities through innovative digital media initiatives, including scaling cultural media properties, building influencer networks, and driving civic engagement campaigns. This 100% remote freelance opportunity is open to candidates across the United States.

**Responsibilities**

As a Development Operations Support Contractor, you'll ensure seamless donor relationship management and financial processing:

• **Database Management**: Maintain pristine accuracy within our Salesforce CRM by creating, updating, and merging donor records, contact information, and organizational profiles while managing General Accounting Units (GAUs)

• **Financial Operations**: Handle comprehensive end-to-end processing of incoming contributions from diverse channels including online platforms, checks, wire transfers, Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), and pledge payments, ensuring proper campaign and fund allocation

• **Quality Assurance**: Monitor data integrity by identifying gaps, flagging discrepancies, and providing operational support including donor acknowledgment letter assistance

**Requirements**

• Genuine commitment to social change and civic engagement with BIPOC and low-income communities
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, particularly the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
• Proven expertise in Salesforce data entry and database management, preferably within nonprofit development environments
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy
