The SDC will be staffed by Stripes, not external vendors, ensuring that our team members have the same access to tools and systems as their counterparts in other locations.
About the Team
Stripe is dedicated to expanding its Creative Design team within the SDC to connect with users worldwide. This team is responsible for crafting comprehensive advertising campaigns tailored for diverse platforms, ensuring each visual component aligns with our marketing objectives and resonates with our audience. We generate new creative content, localize it, and adapt our messaging to cater to the distinct cultural and linguistic needs of various regions, effectively communicating our message in multiple global languages.
Beyond advertising and web content, we also create high-quality designs for presentations and collateral aimed at large clients and executive audiences. Our designs enhance the clarity and impact of our communications, making intricate information accessible and engaging. Whether it’s a client pitch or a strategy meeting with executives, we provide visually captivating designs that convey our ideas with confidence.
What You’ll Do
Designers at Stripe’s SDC are passionate about storytelling and exceptional design. They leverage design systems to narrate compelling stories to diverse audiences and are adept at evolving, defining, and documenting flexible design systems that achieve high standards of quality and consistency for the brand at scale. User-focused and empathetic, the ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of the business landscape, excels in various design styles, articulates their decisions clearly, iterates swiftly, and collaborates effectively with marketers, product managers, leaders, fellow designers, and other stakeholders.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
