Responsibilities **
As our (Senior) Data Product & Visualization Analyst, you'll transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence that drives strategic decisions. You'll examine User
Experience improvements on customer websites through A/B testing with Speed Kit, identifying UX bottlenecks and performing detailed root cause analysis using real-user monitoring tools. Your expertise will shine through Click Analysis and User Journey Analysis within our Jupyter Notebook-based Hex Technologies environment. You'll leverage browser developer tools to investigate UX challenges, spotting issues like malfunctioning buttons that trigger rage clicks.
Creating compelling data narratives and intuitive dashboards, you'll help customers understand performance enhancements while uncovering optimization opportunities.
