**Responsibilities:**
Join our Data Infrastructure organization where reliable data drives business insights and innovation across all departments. You'll secure appropriate data sources, craft practical data models, and develop resilient data pipelines. Two exciting teams are seeking talented engineers:

*Data Stewardship Team:* Lead our data governance initiatives by ensuring compliance obligations are met throughout our data ecosystem. Help data consumers identify optimal datasets while supporting the pipelines and policies that enable this capability. Drive our overall data quality strategy, measure internal data product effectiveness, and collaborate with catalog teams on offline data interfaces.

*Users and Contextualization Data & AI Team:* Build foundational systems within Marketplace Data & AI that deliver comprehensive understanding of key business domains. Focus specifically on Guest and Host data to generate high-quality, well-governed user insights that power personalized, context-aware experiences both on and off platform.

**Requirements:**
We seek passionate data practitioners with diverse backgrounds spanning analytics, data modeling, governance, compliance, and scaled data quality. The ideal candidate brings expertise in designing robust data architecture and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams including infosecurity, privacy, and various stakeholders to maintain our governance standards while advancing AI initiatives.
