As part of the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) strategy, you'll tackle unique operational challenges that emerge from our massive scale and diverse business partnerships. We handle over one million support cases annually, delivering exceptional experiences for Independent Businesses, Startups, SMBs, and Enterprise clients alike.

Responsibilities **
Lead a team of Technical Operations specialists focused on Stripe's critical integrations with financial partners, including card networks, banking institutions, local payment methods, and payment aggregators. You'll oversee hands-on investigation and resolution of complex integration challenges while managing reconciliation processes for billions of dollars flowing through Stripe's platform.
Your team will ensure reliable financial partner integrations and guarantee timely, accurate data delivery between partners and Stripe stakeholders. Collaborate extensively with Technical Operations teams and Stripe Engineers to diagnose and resolve transaction discrepancies and data inconsistencies.
