Responsibilities : In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping customer experiences as a key member of our Customer Support team. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries efficiently and warmly, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand's commitment to excellence. You will handle customer requests via email and phone regarding orders, products, and subscriptions, acting as the friendly voice of Glow25.

Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you assist customers with order modifications, complaints, inquiries, and cancellations, always striving to find the best solution. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as logistics, CRM, and tech, you will ensure that customer issues are resolved effectively and sustainably. Additionally, you will meticulously document and manage customer inquiries in our Zendesk ticket system.

Requirements : To excel in this position, you should be fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. A background of 1 to 3 years in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting, is essential. Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Shopify, and Slack will be advantageous, as will a solid understanding of e-commerce processes.

Experience with ticket systems and maintaining structured documentation is also required.
