Requirements - Native German speaker with strong proficiency in English. - A keen interest in social media platforms. - Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the e-commerce sector. - Familiarity with Shopify, including order management, refunds, and customer profiles. - Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries via email and social media. - Structured and solution-oriented approach to work. - Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, professional writing. - Independent, reliable work ethic. - Proficient in using digital tools.
