Responsibilities : In this role, you will take the helm in driving growth and steering high-performing teams within a dynamic, KPI-focused environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring Team Leads to cultivate motivated, results-oriented teams. - Managing and expanding large teams across customer support, sales, or similar KPI-centric roles. - Overseeing onboarding processes and facilitating rapid team growth. - Utilizing data to inform decision-making and enhance performance. - Collaborating effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Requirements : We are looking for an individual who meets the following criteria: - At least 3 years of experience in managing Team Leads. - Demonstrated success in overseeing large, KPI-driven teams. -
Experience in team development and onboarding within scaling environments. - Strong aptitude for making data-informed decisions. - Nice to have:
Experience in fintech or technology-driven sectors, understanding of EU market dynamics, adaptability in fast-paced settings, a visionary approach, and fluency in English plus another European language.
