**Overview**

Figma is expanding our creative team dedicated to making design accessible worldwide. We're developing the next generation of AI-native creative tools where technology enhances human artistry. Our unified platform connects AI capabilities with creative expression, enabling professional designers to leverage leading AI models while maintaining precision and creative vision. Join us as a Customer Enablement Manager to help enterprise clients maximize value from the Figma Weave platform through strategic adoption and tailored success programs.

**Responsibilities**

• Guide adoption journeys for large commercial and enterprise customer portfolios
• Analyze customer objectives and success metrics, leveraging product data for proactive engagement approaches
• Deliver best practices, use cases, and product knowledge to help teams maximize Figma Weave's potential
• Cultivate trusted partnerships with stakeholders from individual contributors to executive leadership
• Discover and develop internal champions to promote Figma Weave adoption within client organizations
• Partner with Account Executives on account assessments, growth opportunities, and renewal risk management
• Conduct customized live and scalable training programs based on customer maturity levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Advocates

This collaborative position requires building strong relationships, connecting product capabilities with customer objectives, and communicating with exceptional clarity. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, working at the intersection of product development and customer success.
