**Overview**
ELK POINT CAFE & BUSINESS CENTRE INC. is seeking a dedicated team member to join our retail and cafeteria operations in Elk Point, AB. This role combines customer service excellence with sales support in a dynamic business environment where you'll interact with customers while managing various operational tasks.
**Responsibilities**
• Process customer transactions using cash register systems
• Manage computerized inventory tracking and product reordering
• Create attractive merchandise displays to enhance sales
• Handle online sales through Internet-based e-commerce platforms
• Provide customers with pricing estimates, credit terms, warranty information, and delivery schedules
• Welcome customers and help them find products or services that meet their needs for purchase, rental, or lease
• Keep accurate sales documentation for inventory management purposes
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in similar roles is considered an asset
• Must be organized, reliable, and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong efficiency skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks
• Availability for shift work and on-call scheduling
• Willingness to relocate for this position
• Preference for candidates living near Elk Point, AB
