Experience Associate

Location : Victoria, BC Employment Type: Casual

Compensation : $21.00 per hour Shift: Various schedules from 0930 to 1900.

Responsibilities : As a Customer

Experience Associate, you will be instrumental in enhancing the shopping experience for visitors at this vibrant retail hub. Your main duties will include: - Providing exceptional guest support by warmly welcoming visitors and offering assistance in a professional manner. - Sharing valuable information regarding the shopping center, its stores, promotions, and amenities. - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly, escalating to the Customer Service Lead when necessary. - Supporting gift card sales and transactions, along with maintaining accurate inventory levels. - Aiding retail tenants with communication updates and job postings. - Participating in the organization of mall events and seasonal promotions, distributing marketing materials, and tracking related data. - Adhering to all opening and closing protocols, including cash handling and reporting. - Utilizing internal communication systems to ensure smooth operations and maintaining the guest services area in a clean and professional manner.

Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should possess: - A High School Diploma. - 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a front-line role within retail, hospitality, or tourism sectors. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. - Familiarity with the downtown Victoria area and knowledge of retail operations is an asset.
