Responsibilities : As a Customer Care Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for the structural and professional organization of a team of service center fulfillment partners outside Europe, catering to our after-sales customers. Your key tasks will include developing and implementing strategies aimed at improving service quality and customer satisfaction among our service partners. You will ensure high levels of after-sales efficiency and quality through clearly defined KPIs, collaborate closely with colleagues in Vendor Management, team leadership, and various internal departments.
Additionally, you will coordinate and conduct onboarding and training sessions, sometimes on-site with partners, and analyze KPI reports to derive actionable insights for process and quality enhancements. Managing billing data and analyzing monthly performance metrics will also be a crucial part of your role.
Requirements : To excel in this position, you should possess several years of experience in after-sales, vendor management, or the tourism industry. A completed training or extensive experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or similar providers of tourism products is essential. Strong analytical skills with a KPI-oriented work style, excellent communication abilities, and a cooperative leadership approach are required.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), familiarity with tourism search systems (e.g., Bistro), and CRS are important. You should have a sense of responsibility, a hands-on mentality, and a passion for team development, along with excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
