📋 Job Description

**Overview**

Join Tera as a Mid-Level CRM and Sales Operations Analyst and become the mastermind behind our customer relationship journeys. You'll design intelligent automation workflows, strategic segmentations, and communication flows using HubSpot and messaging platforms like Spreadchat and Sendflow. Your mission: ensure every lead receives the perfect message at the optimal moment through the right channel, creating seamless connections between data insights, product offerings, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities **

• Design and execute comprehensive CRM campaigns across HubSpot (email, WhatsApp, automated workflows) and messaging tools • Build dynamic audience segments based on behavioral patterns, lead scoring, and customer profiles (MQLs, SQLs, enrolled students, clients) • Develop customized nurturing sequences for Membership, Academy, and MBA programs • Streamline lead progression workflows from initial capture through conversion to retention • Maintain database integrity including property management, duplicate removal, and active list curation • Track critical CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and churn prevention • Create performance dashboards and funnel analysis reports (Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer) • Execute A/B testing and continuous optimization of templates, triggers, and communication timing • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align automation strategies with revenue objectives

Requirements **

• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub (workflows, lists, dashboards, sequences) • Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, Sheets, and integrations via Zapier/API • Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform data into actionable insights • Excellent written communication skills with funnel logic understanding • Growth-oriented, data-driven approach with obsessive focus on efficiency and revenue predictability • Proactive ownership mentality and collaborative team spirit • 40 hours per week, fully remote position with competitive market salary and comprehensive benefits including flexible meal allowance, internet subsidy, medical/dental coverage, and 100% scholarship for Tera courses after 3 months
