Overview: Join Wildling Shoes as a CRM Product Owner and drive customer relationship excellence for our minimal footwear brand. Founded in 2015 with a mission to create shoes that honor natural foot movement, Wildling crafts barefoot-inspired footwear from sustainable materials. You'll spearhead CRM evolution across the complete customer journey, ensuring our customer relations strategy enhances guidance, repeat purchases, and long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities : • Lead CRM/Customer Relations stream development and continuous improvement • Transform CRM strategy into actionable customer journeys, campaigns, and systems spanning onboarding through retention and winback • Build and maintain customer segmentation and progression frameworks using behavioral, purchase, and customer data • Design and optimize CRM campaigns, automation workflows, and brand-defining communication touchpoints via email, WhatsApp, and SMS • Ensure brand-consistent, cohesive, and meaningful CRM communications across all customer touchpoints • Leverage Shopify data, CRM metrics, surveys, and customer insights for data-driven optimization • Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Analysts, and Development teams, bridging brand vision with data and technology
Requirements : • Multi-year CRM, lifecycle, and retention marketing experience (preferably E-commerce/D2C) with comprehensive customer lifecycle understanding • Extensive hands-on expertise in email marketing and WhatsApp/SMS marketing, developing high-performing, brand-aligned cross-channel journeys • Advanced operational proficiency in Klaviyo covering setup, strategy, flows, segmentation, QA, reporting, and optimization • Data-driven approach with strong analytical, testing, and optimization skills; excellent understanding of Shopify, CRM data, integrations, and data management
Location : Remote Employment: Full-time (40 hours/week) Start Date: Immediate
