In this role, you will take on a pivotal responsibility for enhancing our clients' content performance, transforming expertise into measurable reach, trust, and quality inquiries.
Responsibilities : As a Content Strategist, your daily tasks will involve a blend of strategic sessions with clients to refine their positioning and content direction. You will craft effective content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring they yield measurable results. Your expertise will help in developing editorial plans and scalable content systems that produce long-term outcomes.
You will create engaging hooks, scripts, and formats aimed at maximizing attention and retention. Regular analysis of watch time, drop-offs, and performance metrics will enable you to make informed optimizations. You will also innovate by testing new formats, iterating quickly, and scaling successful strategies.
Additionally, you will produce high-performance content from interviews and raw materials while actively monitoring platform trends to integrate into your strategies. Utilizing AI tools and automation (e.g., ManyChat) will be key to transforming content into lead magnets.
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube) with measurable outcomes. You need a solid understanding of how algorithms, hooks, and retention work. Your ability to not only plan content but to strategically conceptualize and scale it is crucial.
Strong analytical skills for performance data and the capability to communicate complex strategies clearly to clients are essential. You must be independent, organized, and maintain high-quality standards. A deep engagement with the social media landscape is necessary.
