About the Role In this fully remote position, you’ll provide comprehensive telemedicine care to patients experiencingconcussions and related neurocognitive conditions. Working collaboratively with a supervising physician, you’ll assess, diagnose, and manage patients through individualized treatment plans — all while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. This role allows you to support patients dealing with conditions such asconcussions, migraines, vertigo, tinnitus, long COVID, and more, while maintaining a flexible weekday schedule.What You’ll DoConduct HIPAA-compliant telehealth consultationsReview patient health histories and relevant clinical dataDevelop personalized treatment plans for neurocognitive and chronic pain conditionsPerform follow-up visits to evaluate progress and adjust care plans as neededProvide clear patient education and clinical guidanceMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical recordServe as a consulting clinician focused on driving positive patient outcomesCollaborate closely with a supervising physician in accordance with state and practice guidelinesDemonstrate empathy, active listening, and patient advocacy in every interactionUtilize telehealth technology confidently and assist patients with basic troubleshooting when needed
