Responsibilities

Risk Assessment & Control Evaluation:

• Develop comprehensive risk evaluations and control health assessments by analyzing macro-level data and examining individual control codebases
• Monitor and consolidate testing outcomes to detect trends in risk and control performance
• Utilize broad assessments to drive targeted investigations into specific controls

Technical Control Validation:

• Execute thorough technical evaluations of individual controls using advanced data analysis techniques
• Detect compliance control gaps, evaluate their significance, and formulate actionable recommendations
• Apply cutting-edge technologies to enhance the speed and precision of risk assessments

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

• Present testing results and insights to compliance teams and cross-functional partners
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences
• Support Top Risk Reporting with data-driven analysis of key risk areas

Innovation & Enhancement:

• Continuously improve testing methodologies and assessment frameworks
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in risk management

Requirements

Strong technical proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment experience, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders across Stripe's global operations.
