This casual, hourly position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in seniors' lives while providing safe, reliable transportation services. Responsibilities **
• Provide compassionate assistance to Seasons residents during transportation • Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping trips, and community outings while adhering to scheduled timelines • Build positive relationships with all passengers through friendly, professional interactions • Maintain high safety standards to protect residents, colleagues, and yourself • Keep transportation vehicles clean and well-maintained • Report any concerns or issues promptly to supervisory staff • Complete additional duties as needed to support resident care

Requirements **
• Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Strong problem-solving skills with capability to manage challenging situations • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities • Professional appearance and conduct at all times • Compassionate approach when working with seniors, showing patience and respect • High school diploma or equivalent education • Minimum 5 years of driving experience • Valid Class 5 License (AB/BC) or G License (ON) with clean driving record • Current TB Test results • Legal authorization to work in Canada • Willingness to undergo Criminal Record Search including vulnerable sector screening
