This client-centric role combines your sales acumen with problem-solving expertise to deliver exceptional banking experiences. You'll serve as an RBC ambassador, guiding clients through everyday banking, credit, and investment solutions while building lasting relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities **
• Actively connect with clients throughout the branch and community, identifying banking needs and uncovering sales opportunities • Educate and demonstrate digital banking solutions, creating memorable experiences that drive retention • Handle client-initiated requests across the full spectrum of financial transactions • Listen actively to understand individual client needs and provide tailored solutions • Take ownership of resolving client banking challenges proactively • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to maximize business opportunities and referrals • Collaborate with RBC specialists for complex client needs

**Essential
Qualifications :** • Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) • Proven success in client-first, target-driven sales environments • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities • Adaptability, continuous learning mindset, and strong ethical standards • Proficiency with digital devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops) • Full availability during business hours
