As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Claims Team Leader (m/f/d) based in Berlin who is eager to embark on this exciting journey with us. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work, allowing you to split your time between the office and home. You will report directly to our Head of Customer Success & Claims.
Responsibilities : As the Claims Team Leader (m/f/d), you will inspire and motivate your team to embody Lassie's values every day. Your key responsibilities will include: - Fostering team development, enhancing performance, and implementing process improvements. - Ensuring efficient and prompt handling of claims submissions. - Assisting in the recruitment process, including onboarding and training new team members. - Overseeing the professional growth of your team through coaching and training initiatives. - Ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries while maintaining high-quality and compliance standards. - Monitoring customer interactions across various channels, addressing complex cases and complaints. - Conducting quality assurance checks and providing feedback for continuous improvement. - Collaborating with other departments to enhance our products and services. - Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to make strategic decisions. - Contributing valuable input to our general insurance terms and developing procedures for fraud detection.
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should possess: -
Experience in customer service or claims management. - Strong leadership and team development skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Capability to manage complex claims and provide clear guidance. - A structured and efficient approach, with a keen focus on task completion. - The ability to effectively manage tasks and priorities. - Proficiency in German (both spoken and written) and the ability to communicate in English.
