Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans that enhance the quality of life for residents. Your duties will include assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and laundry. You will also facilitate engagement in leisure activities, helping clients participate according to their abilities.
Additionally, you will support clients during meal times by preparing light refreshments and assisting with dining experiences. Your empathy and dedication will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive environment for our clients and their families.
Requirements To qualify for this position, candidates must have completed Grade 10 and possess a Home Support/Resident Care Aide certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid BC Driver’s License is required to ensure you can drive independently and access a vehicle for work-related tasks.

Benefits This role offers a competitive hourly wage of CAD $31.64.
