As we expand our presence in the DACH region, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) (f/m/d) who is passionate about generating new business opportunities and contributing significantly to our sales momentum.

Responsibilities As a BDR at Apaleo, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your main responsibilities will include: - Rapidly managing inbound leads with a focus on thorough qualification. - Proactively creating a robust sales pipeline through outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. - Consistently achieving and surpassing monthly objectives, such as booked meetings and qualified leads. - Conducting structured discovery calls to grasp customer needs and pinpoint challenges. - Engaging with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector to articulate Apaleo's unique value. - Collaborating closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless transition of opportunities. - Utilizing our partner network to discover and cultivate additional leads. - Maintaining precise and up-to-date records in HubSpot, while leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Modjo for enhanced performance.

Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: - A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales development or a similar commercial position. - A strong enthusiasm for outbound prospecting and pipeline development. - Comfort with performance metrics, targets, and KPIs. - Excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level required for the DACH market). - The confidence to engage and challenge decision-makers effectively. - Strong discovery and listening abilities to uncover genuine customer needs. - A high degree of resilience, ownership, and motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment. - A curious mindset and a willingness to learn, particularly in a technology-focused product landscape. Extra consideration will be given for candidates with experience in hospitality or hospitality tech, familiarity with modern sales tools (like HubSpot and Sales Navigator), and additional language skills in Italian, Spanish, or French.
