**Overview**
Join Airbnb's dynamic team as a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead for Central and Eastern Europe, based in Berlin, Germany. Since welcoming its first guests in 2007, Airbnb has evolved into a global community with over 5 million hosts facilitating authentic travel experiences worldwide. Reporting to the Regional Country Manager, you'll spearhead partnership initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning Supply, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and global headquarters.

Responsibilities **
• Drive strategic partnership opportunities that align with regional business objectives and growth targets • Cultivate and manage local partnerships while coordinating efforts across all business verticals • Analyze competitive landscapes and identify collaboration opportunities with potential partners • Assess financial and strategic value propositions for prospective partnership agreements • Gather partnership requirements from various business units to support broader organizational goals • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners and stakeholders in the marketplace • Work closely with global Partnership teams and regional functions across EMEA

Requirements **
• 10-12 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or comparable roles • Demonstrated success in structuring, negotiating, and implementing growth-focused partnership strategies with quantifiable business results • Growth-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities • Excellent negotiation skills when working with senior external stakeholders • Solid financial modeling and analytical expertise (data science background preferred) • Ability to independently evaluate strategic opportunities and their potential impact • Office-based position requiring presence in Berlin, Germany
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
