Join Stripe's Mexico City team as a Bridge Operations Implementation Consultant, where you'll be at the center of our mission to expand global financial infrastructure. Bridge, a Stripe company, is experiencing rapid growth with an increasing number of developers integrating our APIs. As part of our small but dynamic team expanding global coverage, you'll be among our first Activation Specialists in Mexico City, working directly with developers to ensure successful API integrations and smooth onboarding experiences.
You'll serve as the primary guide for developers throughout their Bridge API integration journey, from initial onboarding through successful go-live. Your role involves resolving technical challenges in early implementation stages, accelerating customer time-to-value, and ensuring seamless activation experiences. Working collaboratively with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams, you'll unblock customer issues and optimize handoff processes. Beyond daily activation support, you'll contribute to scaling our onboarding operations through workflow enhancement, documentation improvements, tooling development, and metrics reporting.
This high-visibility position is perfect for professionals who thrive on solving technical problems, collaborating with developer communities, and improving processes at scale. You'll work as a specialized expert helping customers integrate Bridge technology across various use cases, managing projects through kickoff calls, regular check-ins, and ongoing Slack Q&A support.
