I am currently seeking a Branch Manager for one of my clients, who operates in Charlottenburg, Berlin.
Responsibilities As the leader of the branch, you will be responsible for the operations of the office, which includes: - Managing the budget and preparing monthly performance reports. - Analyzing, defining, and largely self-managing the market potential of your sales region. - Acquiring new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships. - Driving sustainable development of staffing services at your location. - Acting as the professional supervisor for all internal staff.
Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have: - Several years of experience in the staffing industry. - A solid understanding of the legal frameworks surrounding employee leasing. - Leadership experience is preferable, but candidates from the 'second row' are encouraged to apply as well. - A strong affinity for sales and knowledge of the local customer landscape.
