**Overview**

Precambrian Products Inc., a rapidly expanding Canadian manufacturer of industrial consumables, is building their sales team for significant growth in 2026. This hunter-style sales position focuses on driving global B2B expansion across oil spill response, HVAC, filtration, and PPE sectors. Join our tight-knit team in a fully on-site role (weekdays 9-5) where you'll have genuine ownership and influence over company direction.

Responsibilities **

• Develop and maintain B2B relationships with clients, distributors, resellers, and end users worldwide • Identify fresh market opportunities through site visits, cold outreach, and fieldwork • Navigate complex, long-cycle sales processes including government procurement channels • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as company representative • Partner with teams on customized solutions, provide market intelligence for product development, handle quotes and pricing, coordinate with manufacturing, track competitive landscape, and maintain CRM systems

Requirements **

• Background in oil spill response, HVAC, filtration, or similar industrial consumables (manufacturing sales experience preferred) • Government bidding and procurement knowledge highly valued • Comprehensive knowledge of product applications, regulatory compliance, ERP systems, and customer requirements • Demonstrated sales success, established industry connections, and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities • Self-driven, results-oriented professional with valid G license and flexibility for regional travel • Proficiency with AI tools and modern technology to enhance prospecting effectiveness
