B2B SaaS Product Manager - Workwize (Remote)

We're seeking a technically-minded Product Manager to drive product vision and create exceptional customer experiences within our B2B SaaS ecosystem.

Responsibilities **

• Develop and implement product strategy focused on scalability, operational excellence, and automation enhancement • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to execute product roadmaps that boost revenue and customer satisfaction • Oversee complex processes including equipment onboarding, repairs, retrieval, reselling, decommissioning, and global storage solutions • Leverage data analytics and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and measure product success • Maintain regular communication with leadership and stakeholders regarding product progress and strategic outcomes • Integrate customer and internal team feedback to ensure product developments align with operational objectives • Execute rapid deployment of high-impact features while balancing effort versus impact considerations

Requirements **

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations with relevant professional experience • Strong technical proficiency with B2B SaaS product management expertise • Demonstrated ability to establish clear product vision and work effectively with engineering teams •

Experience managing sophisticated technical features and shipping products efficiently • Action-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management capabilities • Proven track record in data-driven decision making and process optimization
