**Overview**
The Department of the Army seeks a skilled cyber professional to join their team at Fort Gordon, Georgia. This Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical national security initiatives through cutting-edge cyber capabilities development.

Responsibilities **
• Develop and modify innovative cyber capabilities, computer applications, and specialized utility programs • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and deploy operations spanning offensive, defensive, and cyberspace domains • Support comprehensive functional evaluations of newly developed cyberspace capabilities • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic, mission-critical environment

Requirements **
**Eligibility:** Candidates must qualify under specific employment authority categories including veterans with preference ratings, current DOD/Army civilian employees, DCIPS personnel, disabled veterans, federal transfer employees, or U.S. citizens applying to DCIPS positions.
**
Experience :** Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to GG/GS-11 level, involving cyber capability development, cyberspace operations collaboration, and functional evaluation support of cyber programs. Qualifying experience includes paid, unpaid, volunteer, and National Service program work.
**Competencies:** Strong performance expected in accountability, attention to detail, customer service, decision-making, flexibility, negotiation, integrity, interpersonal skills, learning agility, reading comprehension, analytical reasoning, self-management, stress tolerance, and teamwork.
