As an AI Solutions Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating tailored solutions to tackle our clients' challenges, bringing your innovation and expertise to the forefront.
Responsibilities : In this role, you will engage in the development of prototypes and production systems for various client and research projects, utilizing cutting-edge AI methodologies like Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM pipelines. Your tasks will include designing robust cloud-based architectures and integrating AI services into existing IT landscapes. You will participate in writing clear code, conducting unit and integration tests, performing code reviews, and engaging in knowledge-sharing and pair programming.
Additionally, you will be responsible for conceptualizing new features and collaborating closely with stakeholders, all while taking ownership of your contributions to advance project goals.
Requirements : We're looking for someone with a passion for software development, AI, and innovative technologies. You should have experience in executing AI and software projects up to production deployment and possess strong skills in Python and machine learning concepts. Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and methods, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, vLLM, LangChain, and prompt engineering, is essential.
Experience with cloud technologies, web frontend development, and Java will be advantageous. A curious mindset and an eagerness to share knowledge will help foster a collaborative learning environment. Proficiency in German (at least B2 level) is necessary for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
