Our AI Core team builds the foundational platforms and tools that enable engineering teams across dLocal to harness AI's transformative power for operational automation and enhanced product development.

Responsibilities **
• Shape product vision and strategic direction for AI platforms alongside engineering leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives • Champion developer experience by collaborating directly with AI engineers, understanding their workflows and translating needs into actionable roadmaps • Partner with engineering to build prioritized product backlogs and craft detailed technical specifications • Foster cross-team collaboration to drive successful product delivery and widespread adoption • Serve as AI advocate, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies • Enable rapid AI solution deployment across product teams while maintaining quality standards

• Strong technical background with passion for developer-focused products • Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI technologies and their practical applications •
Experience in product management with engineering-led development approaches • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Understanding of developer workflows, tools, and pain points • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product specifications • Track record of building products that engineering teams embrace and utilize effectively
