**Overview**
Join Airbnb's Customer Service team as a Premium Support Specialist serving our German-speaking community. Since 2007, Airbnb has grown from hosting three guests in San Francisco to connecting over 5 million hosts with 2+ billion guest arrivals worldwide. This remote position is based in Ireland, with relocation assistance available for international candidates who have the right to work in Ireland.
**Responsibilities**
As a frontline specialist, you'll deliver exceptional end-to-end support to premium community members, including our Luxury segment. You'll take complete ownership of customer cases, ensuring thorough resolution while building lasting relationships with users. This role requires direct interaction with customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining the highest service standards. You'll need to adapt quickly in our dynamic environment, potentially transitioning between different Community Support teams as business needs evolve.
**Requirements**
Candidates must demonstrate fluency in both English and German, with advanced proficiency in spoken and written communication. We're seeking someone who is hospitable, analytical, and genuinely committed to outstanding customer service. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential, along with the capacity to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
