Remote Billing Analyst - Billtrust EU (Poland-Based)

**Overview**

Join Billtrust's European team as a Billing Analyst, where you'll drive accurate and timely billing operations across diverse customer contracts and billing models. Based in our Krakow headquarters with remote flexibility, you'll play a crucial role in managing complex billing processes including subscription, transactional, time & materials, and tiered revenue structures.

**Responsibilities**

• Generate and process monthly invoices ensuring precision across multiple billing frameworks
• Examine customer accounts to validate transaction accuracy and billing timeliness
• Handle contract modifications including adjustments, credits, rebills, and account cancellations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate new customer agreement onboarding and billing setup
• Discover automation opportunities and enhance billing workflow efficiency
• Create comprehensive billing process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Contribute to financial reporting, month-end closing procedures, and internal audit support
• Lead special billing initiatives and manage internal/external billing inquiries through shared communication channels

**Requirements**

• 3-5 years in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, or similar operational finance positions
• Proven track record managing high-volume tasks with speed and precision
• Experience with enterprise billing or ERP platforms; BillingPlatform and/or Intacct expertise highly valued
• Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to spot and resolve inconsistencies
• Excellent communication skills with collaborative cross-functional experience
• Process-focused approach with strong workflow documentation capabilities
