We Work Remotely is seeking a passionate Senior CRM Project Manager to join port-neo's dynamic team. This remote opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile agency projects focused on digital transformation and customer experience excellence. port-neo operates with over 150 employees across Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, and Neu-Ulm, believing in customer-centric marketing that puts human needs at the forefront of digital strategy.
**Responsibilities**
• Lead strategic CRM consulting and development initiatives for clients, covering email marketing, marketing automation, and data-driven campaign strategies
• Oversee complete CRM project lifecycles from initial kickoff through concept development, implementation, and ongoing optimization
• Manage dedicated client portfolios with regular status meetings, optimization sessions, and actionable recommendation delivery
• Design and execute email communications, automation workflows, and segmented customer journey mapping
• Conduct comprehensive customer needs analysis and develop targeted CRM solutions across entire customer journeys
• Perform detailed performance analytics and reporting on CRM campaigns, tracking metrics like open rates, clicks, and conversions
• Facilitate workshops and consulting sessions from preparation through follow-up
• Drive continuous improvement of client CRM systems through optimization identification, innovative testing, and process enhancement
• Ensure thorough documentation, testing protocols, and quality assurance for new processes and systems
• Handle project budget management and timeline accountability
• Support new client onboarding coordination with internal teams
**Requirements**
• Multi-year experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation environments with proven project management capabilities
• Strong consulting and communication skills with enthusiasm for developing impactful, data-driven campaigns
• Excellent understanding of online marketing, email marketing, customer journeys, and performance metrics
• Structured, self-directed, and service-oriented work approach
🕐 Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
