**Responsibilities**

• Monitor project advancement through cost analysis and timeline reviews while evaluating contractor technical solutions
• Leverage expertise in transportation and logistics business systems to drive operational excellence
• Implement software engineering principles, enterprise architecture frameworks, and cybersecurity standards throughout the complete software development lifecycle using agile approaches
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver compliant solutions on schedule and within established parameters
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and performance analytics reports

**Requirements**

• One year of specialized experience at GS-12 federal level or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in project evaluation, cost estimation, and technical solution assessment
• Proven proficiency with transportation and logistics business systems
• Strong background in software engineering principles, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience managing agile software development lifecycle processes
• Leadership experience in team management and deliverable coordination
• IT-related experience demonstrating core competencies including attention to detail
